We do not provide personalized financial, legal, or investment advice. Our products are supportive tools and educational software products, not substitutes for professional guidance.

4. Licensing Terms and Usage Restrictions

Each purchase grants the user a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the EA on up to two (2) trading accounts (MT4 or MT5), unless otherwise stated on the product page or within the customer dashboard.

EA Activation

Users must enter the email used for purchase in the EA settings (where applicable), follow the provided activation instructions, and ensure the platform requirements are met (for example, enabling DLL imports in MetaTrader if required by the product).

License Management

Licenses and allowed activations are managed directly by us through our own licensing system and customer dashboard. Where switching between accounts is allowed, it must be done using the methods provided in the dashboard and in accordance with the activation limits shown there.

Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the EA or any related files
• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the EA or licensing mechanisms
• Use the EA beyond the permitted number of activations/accounts or attempt to bypass license restrictions

5. Lifetime License Clarifications

The term “Lifetime License” refers to the operational lifespan of FXBotExperts.com and the continued availability of the product under our business operations. It does not represent a personal lifetime guarantee.

License Expiry

Where a lifetime license is offered, the license may display an expiry date set far in the future (for example, 2222-12-31) as a technical representation of long-term validity.

Service Continuity

If FXBotExperts.com ceases operations, Bulvert LLC is not obligated to maintain access, updates, or support, and licenses may be discontinued without refund.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for any violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or misuse of licenses. Unauthorized sharing or license bypass attempts may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
 All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.
