    • Invoice Email: Contains the purchase invoice.

    • Product Download Email: Provides a secondary link to download the product.

  • EA Activation: The customer must use the email used during purchase to validate the license in the EA settings.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Immediate Delivery: Access is granted instantly through download or dashboard login.

  • Email Delivery: All related emails are sent immediately after purchase confirmation.

  • No Activation Codes: No separate codes are needed—products activate automatically upon use.

3. Access Issues and Troubleshooting

  • Check Spam or Junk Folder: Emails may be filtered by your email provider.

  • Contact Support: If access is not received within 30 minutes, contact support@fxbotexperts.com. Bulvert LLC will resolve delivery issues promptly.

4. Subscription Package Access

  • Download Access: Subscribers may download all EAs included in their package.

  • Usage Restriction: Only one EA may be active at a time. Switching is allowed, but the previously used EA must be deactivated first.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • No physical items are shipped.

  • No shipping fees apply to digital products.

  • No customs duties or physical taxes are incurred.

6. Download and Access Limits

  • Single User Access: Licenses are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

  • Download Attempts: Excessive download attempts may trigger temporary access restrictions. Contact support if needed.

7. Updates and Support

  • Access to Updates: If eligible, updates will be available via your account or email.
