FxBotExperts Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [September 01, 2025]. These terms are intentionally concise and protective of FxBotExperts' interests. Replace or extend with your legal counsel's wording at any time.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment. You must be at least 18 years old. Applications are subject to review and may be approved, denied, suspended, or terminated at FxBotExperts' sole discretion at any time.
2. Independent Contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of FxBotExperts or Bulvert LLC. You may not make commitments or statements on our behalf.
3. Promotional Standards. Accurate, non‑misleading content is required. No spam, adware, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or impersonation. Comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including FTC disclosure—clearly label content as "affiliate" or "sponsored."
4. Use of Codes, Links, and Brand. We provide you a unique discount code and/or links. You may not bid on our trademarks/brand names in search ads, register confusingly similar domains, or upload public coupons to deal/coupon aggregators without our prior written approval. Brand assets are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive basis.
5. Attribution Window. Unless stated otherwise in your dashboard, referrals use last‑click attribution with a 30‑day cookie window. FxBotExperts may adjust attribution rules to prevent abuse or align with payment processors.
6. Commissions. Rates are shown in your dashboard and apply to net revenue actually received (excluding taxes, chargeback fees, payment fees, and discounts). Commissions reverse on refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy breaches. We may withhold or adjust commissions pending review.
7. Payouts. Payouts are in cryptocurrency only. Minimum payout threshold is $200 equivalent, paid monthly after a hold period of up to 30 days for fraud/chargeback screening. Network fees are deducted. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet/network; misrouted funds cannot be recovered.
8. Prohibited Conduct. Self‑referrals, purchasing with your own code, stacking discounts, misrepresenting features, making financial/performance guarantees, or using paid ads that link directly to our site without approval are prohibited.
9. Confidentiality. Non‑public information (rates, dashboards, private links) is confidential. Do not disclose without written permission.
10. Data & Privacy. Do not collect personal data of referred customers. You must comply with applicable privacy laws and our policies.
11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for any reason. Upon termination, stop using our brand assets and codes. Pending commissions may be reviewed and paid or forfeited per these terms.
12. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxBotExperts and Bulvert LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed commissions paid to you in the past 3 months.
13. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless FxBotExperts and Bulvert LLC from claims arising out of your promotions or breach of these terms.
14. Changes. We may update these terms or the program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with venue in Sheridan County courts or applicable federal courts in Wyoming.
